Scholarships
The Foundation currently offers 12 scholarship opportunities to student seniors who attend the five area high schools. These scholarships have been created through generous donations, company sponsorships and local patrons who support the Foundation's annual golf tournament that is held in the spring.
The Foundation is continuing to evolve, with the aspirations to provide every student senior a scholarship. Outside of the twelve scholarships that are offered from the Foundation, our partners from our community are also providing opportunities for the success of our student seniors. The following scholarships are also offered: Troy Hodges Memorial, Providence Medical Center, Bill Self Assist Foundation, Virginia E. Shinkle, Lois Crabtree Memorial. Candidates must complete the application form below and return it to the Foundation no later than April 13, 2012 . In addition, candidates must be accepted to an accredited college, university or technical school for the Fall 2012 semeseter.
For more information download the application form.
